Final Exam Work

So this is a series photography project in a panoramic view too. It was really hard to make since a soccer ball travels fast. I had to re do the shot at different shutter speeds at ground level until i got good images. Then i put them together on phtoshop and BAM!

Rehersal Pro

These photos i found interesting, they ARE NOT MY WORK but I find them interesting because they were taken at one of the showsi played. they were taking with almost no light at all! wht do you think? i am aiming towards this kind of photo quality with my work.

So i played a show this friday and i made a collaboration album with another photographer. This is one of the images we took. It is of the guitarist in a band called Bloodred November. I will be heading up to London this weekend to play a show. I will take some more sick shots for you! I hope you like!

Illustration

This is a photo i took at a show this past sunday. It is of Chris from Horizons, a local Hardcore band. I did a illustration tutorial for my class project. I hope you like it! I re didi the tutorial 4 times before i was happy with it! haha

Show this friday

So i was at a show this weekend and it took my brothers camera with me. I took photos of a band called horizons. They are a local Metalcore band. Ben (in photo) is one of the two guitarist in the band. It was really hard to photograph this because of the light but i used what i had and messed around with settings. Within a 30 minute set time, i got about 5 good shots. I will post more later.

oakville

this is a drawing i did this wekend. it is a bird i drew by lake shore in oakville. I hope you like it. to draw this i took a photograph and then drew it. i didnt trace it or anything. the land scape i drew from looking at it. i didnt use a photo for it!

I took this picture on friday after school. I tried working with light to get a smooth like feeling to the image. I decided to use black and white because i think that it brings out the eyes more. I hope you like it!

Ibanez Bass

This is my bass guitar. I took this picture this week in my house. I set up studio lights and with a cannon rebel XS i photographed this. I have a long history with this bass guitar. it has been through a lot with me, shows, practises and a lot more. Since i play Hardcore with my band it gets pretty beat up but it has been loyal to me. This is my second bass guitar, first was a Thunderbird by Gibson. I edited the lighting to make it look smoother but other than that this is almost the same image i took in my basement. I hope you like it!!

University Portfolio

This is a 4x6 feet painting i did. I did an overhead projection on to my board to trace an outline. From there i worked with the black paint. After painting, i did laters of wood chips. This piece took me over two weeks to make. It was tricky to do but worth it. I used it for my university portfolios too!

Photo Montage.

This is a picture i took in Oakville this year for my photography class. it was for my photo montage assembly project. It consists of eight shots from one point of view. I re sized some images and made minor modifications to it. I got a good mark on it too.
